Jana Keane – BSc Honours Degree MRICS, MSCSI,
Chartered Surveyor, Director
Jana Keane has been operating in the property sector since 2001 and has years of
experience in the Residential & Commercial market. Jana has always had a serious
passion for property and established Keane Thompson Ltd in 2007. Jana has been
actively involved in Residential Sales, Acquisitions, Lettings & Property Management
in the overall Dublin area and holds an Honours Degree in Property Studies from
DIT, Bolton Street and is a full member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors
Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Stuart Thompson – Lettings & Management Agent
Stuart Thompson is a Manager in our Lettings & Management team. Stuart completed his Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship in Ballsbridge College of Further Education in 2022. Some of Stuart’s key strengths include a hands-on approach, strategic property management, organisation and previous construction and engineering background which is helpful for any maintenance issues that we may encounter with our properties.
Annemarie O’Neill – Lettings & Management Agent
Annemarie is an associate working with our Lettings & Management team. She brings prior experience from a fast-paced UK lettings and management company and is currently completing her apprenticeship with Keane Thompson in Ireland. Highly focused, ambitious, and driven, Annemarie is a fantastic addition to our team. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to meet our clients’ needs.
Elizabeth Cruise – Senior Negotiator
Elizabeth is a dedicated real estate specialist committed to providing high-quality property services to all clients. Holding a QQI Level 6 qualification in Auctioneering and Property Services, she has expertise in sales, property management, valuations, and lettings. Elizabeth is particularly passionate about property sales and is known for her commitment to providing the best possible client service.
Her mission is to ensure clients receive exceptional service and value for their properties, whether they are buying, selling, renting, or investing. Elizabeth has a proven track record of successfully managing properties from initial listing to final sale, transforming vacant properties into thriving rentals, and improving the management of existing properties. She places great importance on building strong relationships with all stakeholders through excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills. By working closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals, Elizabeth delivers customised solutions that consistently surpass expectations.
Kieran McComiskey – Senior Negotiator
Kieran brings over eight years’ experience in the property industry and is passionate about delivering a smooth, successful experience for every client. Most recently, he worked as a New Homes Sales Manager, overseeing residential developments from launch through to completion and working closely with both developers and purchasers. Prior to that, he spent four years in residential sales, earning a strong reputation for achieving excellent results and guiding clients through each step of the sales process. Known for his professionalism, market knowledge, and personable manner, Kieran is committed to providing clear communication and trusted advice throughout every transaction.
Aoife Towlson – Property Coordinator and Executive Assistant
Aoife operates our front-of-house and office and ensures all appointments and office duties are up to date. Aoife also assists our agents in much of their day-to-day responsibilities. Aoife also co-ordinates our social media campaigns and virtual video tours which ensure our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective forms of marketing – extremely important for the times we live in!
Anna Thompson – Senior Accounts Manager
Anna is an integral part of our team and is head of our accounts department. Anna’s strengths lie in her attention to detail and efficiency ensuring the smooth running of the accounts department’s daily activities. This ensures that our clients receive their rents on time and all queries are answered in a quick and timely manner which our clients appreciate as they understand that they are in safe hands.
Geraldine Keane – Accounts Department
Geraldine Keane assists in our accounts department and ensures all rents and payments are up to date meaning no delays for our clients and a fast, safe and efficient payment service.
Karen Rapple – Office Administration
Karen assists with general office duties and assisting all agents when required.
Roxy
Every member of our team plays a unique role in providing top-notch service to our clients. Allow us to introduce you to the smallest, furriest, and undoubtedly the cutest member of our team – meet Roxy! Some of Roxy’s responsibilities include: Greeting Clients: As soon as you step into our office, Roxy will be there to offer a warm welcome.
Her tail wagging and gentle demeanour make even the most nervous clients feel at ease. Stress Relief: Buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience. Roxy is an expert at providing emotional support with her cuddles and soothing presence. Just a few minutes with Roxy can turn a hectic day into a delightful one and finally Team Morale Booster: Roxy’s infectious energy spreads positivity throughout the office. Whether she’s performing her signature trick of rolling over for a belly rub or fetching her favourite toy, Roxy reminds us all to find joy in the little things.
