Clare Connolly offers the entire range of Auctioneering services in residential sales, valuation, lettings and management. Clare, formerly of Dundrum Lettings, is passionate about the real estate market which is constantly evolving and continually looks at new and better ways to manage and market properties to provide her client’s with the best experience possible. In the property industry since 2007, Clare Connolly has been consistently customer focused. In 2008 she worked with a family run business with responsibility for letting and managing a portfolio of 60 properties in North and South Dublin. In 2010, she set up Dundrum Lettings, a successful internet based residential property letting and management company. As a Landlord herself with a number of properties abroad, she understands how essential it is to have one’s property well managed and maintained. In 2014, she worked with one of Dublin’s leading Estate Agents focusing on the sales and valuation area and completed the IPAV/ITT Course in Auctioneering. Clare Connolly holds the Property Licence as per the 2012 PSRA (Property Services Regulatory Authority) requirement to sell, value, let and manage property.
