Joseph Coogan Auctioneer has operated from the auction room and offices at Ballycomey House Castlecomer since May 1991. We provide a comprehensive property service that includes Agricultural Sales and Land Letting, Residential, Commercial Sales, and Valuations. 95% of our property sales are by Public Auction which is conducted at the Auction Room in Ballycomey House Castlecomer. Joseph is the only Auctioneer in the locality to provide these services to Vendors and Purchasers. Joseph holds Public viewings on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure that all potential buyers get an opportunity to view the property. Joseph is contactable outside the normal working hours to facilitate buyers and sellers. We provide a Valuation service on all properties regardless of their location and Guarantee that all Valuations will be completed within a 24-hour time frame.
