Established in the summer of 2013 by Edward Townshend, Townshend’s Auctioneers offers a specialised range of services that include residential and land sales, lettings and valuations. During the past two decades Edward has handled the sale and valuation of some of the finest homes, farms and estates throughout Ireland for clients that include; private individuals, corporate bodies, overseas investors, developers and the diplomatic community. Edward began his career in auctioneering with James Adam & Sons before moving to Hamilton Osborne King and more recently Colliers International (formerly Jackson - Stops) where he headed up their country department. Particular areas of specialist knowledge include residential and land sales and lettings around Ireland as well as providing strategic advice to clients on acquisitions, valuations and disposals.
