The Connemara Golf Course is nearby, perfect spot for a round of golf and a bite to eat. Ballyconneely village is about 4.5km, there is a shop, church and playground, Sweet Nothings Café and Keoghs Bar and Restaurant! Clifden Town is about 12km away. On your way to Clifden why not stop at Derrygimla Marconi site for a walk, and afterwards get some tasty treats from the Pink Wagon!

Inside: There is an open plan kitchen featuring a traditional range cooker, stunning views with a large dining table and living space with a stove and piano with doors leading out on to the patio. The perfect space for the whole family to enjoy, have a sing song, cosy up in front of the stove with a glass of wine!|
The master Bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage with en-suite with walk in shower.
There is a double bedroom with a loft that has children's twin beds, you need to climb a steep ladder to access. There is a bathroom with large shower. You have a twin bedroom with single beds and foldaway beds stored underneath and then a kids bedroom with a triple bunk with a steep ladder These beds are not suitable for adults. All bedrooms have plenty of storage. There is a family bathroom with a bath. This property is finished to a very high standard.
