All second floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x twin (zip/link can be king-size double on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar and woodburning stove.

Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Limited free parking on the road for 60 minutes that will enable you to unload. Overnight from 7pm to 8am is free street parking.Paid parking car parks are available within a 5 minute walk of the apartment and are £4-5 for 24hrs or can be paid hourly.Parking permits can be purchased directly from the council for stays of 3 nights, via email parking@conwy.gov.uk however 10 days is required for processing. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Cottage accessed by 35 steps, no lift is available.
