(Reference number: 50138) The Coach House & Garden Suite at Kilmokea. All these rooms can be rented together for large parties or rented separately for smaller groups. Our Coach House accommodates up to 9 guests in three rooms, The Orchard room sleeps four, a double & 2 singles and The Tulip suite sleeps 5, a double room and double doors leading to a triple room. A large kitchen/sitting room downstairs. This house can  interconnect if desired with The Garden suite which sleeps 4 in The Iris double room and the Clematis Twin room. This apt has a sitting room with kitchen too. The Hellibore triple room is on the ground floor of the court yard, adjacent to the coach house and The Cherry room, a double too can both be added to your rental for larger groups. When renting either the Coach House or Garden Suite we offer you a Complimentary Exclusive hour daily in our indoor heated pool from April to October. You have the opportunity to reserve the tennis court, croquet lawn and Gym complimentarily as part of your rental. We offer you use of a barbeque and access to seven acres of heritage gardens. You also have the opportunity of reserving a table for dinner in the dining room of the main house or lunch in the garden conservatory during your stay. Restored in 1999, the Coach House contains a mix of exciting and unusual features. The ground floor contains a large Drawing room/Kitchen with a wonderfully high vaulted ceiling housing the Minstrel's Gallery. It has a modern kitchen which is equipped to the highest standards with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The Coach House has a colour TV, Video and a CD music system, oil-fired central heating and an open fire place. Upstairs there are two large bed-rooms; the 'Orchard' triple room (double & single - with enough additional space for a small single, fold-up bed or cot) together with en-suite bath & shower; and 'the Tulip Suite' a large master bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite bath & shower. A set of double doors leads you into a twin bedroom / private drawing room looking out over the walled gardens. (This room is a real gem. You can be curled up reading one of those novels which you have saved up for your holiday and your family can be playing a rather loud game of Monopoly downstairs, and you will not be disturbed!) The Garden Suite The Garden Suite, converted from the original Granary offers guests an attractive first-floor apartment with views of the Italianette Garden through a large rose window. This two bedroom apartment has also been finished to a high standard. Many of the original features, including crafted stone work, have been retained. The apartment has a large Kitchen/Dining, Drawing room with a high beamed ceiling. The kitchen is modern, equipped to the highest standaeds with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The drawing room has a colour TV and CD music system and comfy sofas to curl up in! Two individually styled bedrooms with bath and shower ensuite offer attractive views of the Walled Gardens at Kilmokea. The 'Iris' master bedroom has a bay window looking out over the Iris and Rose quarter garden. The 'Clemitis' twin room looks out towards the 'Peacock Topiary' at the top of the main drive. Linen and towels are provided. Guests staying at Kilmokea may use the following wonderful facilities. - Seven acres of award winning heritage gardens - Outdoor all weather tennis court & croquet lawn (complimentary to guests) - Indoor heated swimming pool open April to October - Red cedar sauna & Jacuzzi (small charge)& multi-gym (complimentary to guests) - Chakra Balancing treatments (on-site) / Beauty treatments (off-site) BEDROOMSIn the coach house . The Tulip Suite a large master bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite bath & shower. A set of double doors leads you into a triple bedroom looking out over the walled gardens. The Orchard Bedroom with a Double bed and two single beds overlooking the Orchard. This large bedroom has an ensuite bath and shower room. In the Garden Suite .  The Iris Double Room. This room is on the first floor & overlooks the walled garden. It has an ensuite bathroom and is in the carpeted Garden Suite Apartment. The Clematis Twin Room. This room is on the first floor. It has an ensuite bathroom and is in the carpeted Garden Suite Apartment.In the court yard suite.  The Hellebore double & single bed. You enter this room through a beautiful private stone porch leading into a spacious ground floor bedroom with a contemporary feel. There is a walk in wardrobe and a large wheelchair accessible shower. The Hellebore is great for easy access to the gardens. The Cherry double bedroom. The Cherry room is on the ground floor in the court yard. It has its own heritage green front door leading into a cosy hallway. The colours in the bedroom are heritage yellow and green. It is furnished with beautiful old pine and has three windows looking out into the court yard. When you arrive at Kilmokea, your energetic young hosts will feed you with enthusiasm, beauty and home grown food in their fine house and fabulous gardens. With its heritage gardens and long history, Mark and Emma could not be more gracious, welcoming and so very helpful. We welcome you one and all to this remarkable oasis. I am an Holistic Aromatherapist and offer full and back Aromatherapy treatments to guests staying at Kilmokea. I take bookings primarily in the mornings at 10.30am, 11.30am and 12.30pm. I am sometimes available in the afternoon for bookings at 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
