Accessed through one of the bedrooms, it boasts sea views in the distance and a bar to boot – that's sundowners covered. Home truths: *One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a small enclosed courtyard off the kitchen ideal for pups. *At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. If you'd like ample room for socialising, we'd suggest a maximum guest count of four. *The roof terrace is accessed through one of the bedrooms and is up a steep flight of stairs. It has a bar, wine cooler, sink, and barbecue. *The sitting room is down two steps. Other than the sofa bed, all bedrooms are located upstairs. *You'll find the washing machine in a cupboard under the stairs. *On-street parking is available in the local area.
