It's not suitable for people with limited mobility. *Given the central location in the 1st arrondissement, noise is to be expected. Some of the windows overlook the street. *The communal areas of this building, such as the entrance hall and hallway, may appear a little worn and dated in parts. *The kitchen lacks space, so we think it's best for light bites rather than large meals. .
