Kitchen - Dining

The heart of this house is the large open plan kitchen-diner which opens out into the vaulted roof sunroom. This is a great family and entertaining space. The wonderfully equipped kitchen boasts a fabulous deluxe dual fuel range cooker with seven-burner gas hob and quad ovens. The kitchen includes everything you would expect, with a dishwasher fitted into the island, American-style fridge freezer, water purifier, coffee machine and Belfast sink just some of the standout features. The wooden-topped island makes a handy breakfast bar, while for more formal dining, the sunroom holds the six seater dining table. In between the kitchen and sunroom, a living area with two large leather couches provides the perfect space for kids to play or adults to relax with a pre-dinner drink. French French doors open from the sunroom area to the picnic table and back garden outside.

Utility room

A downstairs toilet off the main hall holds the utility room with washer, dryer and storage for cleaning and laundry products.

Living Room

The comfortable living room has a comfy L-shaped couch perfect for relaxing with a movie on the large flatscreen TV in front of the cosy and convenient gas fire. French doors open out towards the picnic table area at the back of the house, opening the room up for guests to meander in and out at social occasions.

Bedrooms

The double aspect master bedroom features five-star standard bedroom suite, with a gorgeous superking bed, vanity, and ample storage in the fitted wardrobes. A perfectly placed rocking chair by the window offers the ideal place to sit and contemplate nature or while away an hour with a good book. The en suite shower room is light and airy thank to a Velux window, and features a double width shower tray. Bedroom 2 is a compact double room which makes the most of the space with clever storage, and looks out to the front of the house. The third bedroom, perfect for kids has twin beds, small wardobe, and ample floorspace to play.

Bathrooms

The main family bathroom upstairs is floor-to-ceiling tiled and features a wide bath with a wonderful view out the the wooded treetops for the ultimate soak to relax and unwind. There is also a master bedroom en suite and a downstairs guest WC accessed from the main hallway.

Outdoor spaces

Generous wooded gardens and terraced lawns surround the house, with plenty of room for kids to play, outdoor dining at the picnic table and relaxing in the sun loungers. There is ample parking for several cars too in the gravelled drive.
