Accommodation and Amenities This house is ideal for families or groups of friends. It has 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 people. All of the rooms have double beds with bed linen and a bath & hand towel provided for each guest. There are two bathrooms one with an electric shower and one is a pumped shower. One bathroom is equipped to cater to those who may have a disability. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances needed in a modern home. There is an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump dryer, kettle, toaster and a coffee pod machine, It is fully equipped with utensils and a range of crockery, saucepans, cutlery and glasses. There is also a dining table with seating for 8 people. The sitting room contains a wood burning stove perfect for cosy evenings, a smart tv and a generous amount of seating. An oil burner heats the water and radiators. An Iron, Ironing board, clothes airer and laundry basket are also provided. There is also a selection of books and indoor board games available. A small outbuilding at the rear of the house has a clothes line and space for storing any adventure gear, fishing equipment or bikes you may have. An outdoor wooden bench is also provided for outdoor dining with a charcoal barbecue available for your use along with some outdoor board games. There is ample parking on site for guests. There is also a limited daily bus service which can be accessed within 1 mins walking distance from the house. Local taxi service available. A fishing boat and/or gillie can also be arranged through owner (for an additional fee) for those wanting to take in a bit of fishing. Prior booking is essential. You can also book a lake cruise if you'd prefer to enjoy the lake in a more relaxed way.
