Note: Restricted headroom in second floor double bedroom with steep, narrow stairs open to the bedroom, care to be taken. Note: There are 11 steps up to garden which is not secure, children and dogs to be supervised. Note: This cottage is next to the steam railway line and may experience some minimal associated noise. Please note: This property has a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond. Please note; If you wish to use logs in the property there is a £15 supplement that can be added upon booking which covers 1 basket of logs, if the supplement isn't paid and logs are used then the good housekeeping bond will be charged.
