Hi I'm Tracey I have two grown up children and three grandchildren my son is in his 30’s and lives with his partner and my 2 grandchildren and my daughter is in her 20’s and lives with me and her son I work for a registered charity and I’m also attending college myself I have four bedrooms and I live on the foot of Dublin mountains and beside two beautiful parks Marley Park and St Enda’s Park also easy access to the city centre with links to numerous bus routes one 2 mins walk away from my home a number 74 bus or 3 other bus routes 5/ 10 min walk away 15B and 16 BUS which takes you to the city and a S8 bus which goes towards UCD the 74 bus will also take you to dundrum town centre one of our biggest shopping centres with all the outlets there is also the use of the kitchen between certain hours and full use of utensils laundry plus all the bills and internet are all included in the price there is a 25% booking deposit which is fully refundable if you wish to cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival transfer of payment details which will be given after you book through email or phone
