One Double room available in a terraced house with a large garden and kitchen. Located at the foot of the Dublin mountains near all the hiking spots . Main bathroom is shared with 1 person ( male ) You would be sharing the house with a 40’s female and a mid 20’s male I have an adorable cat Meatball, so cat lovers are welcome!I Meatball can be a bit shy at first ,but loves cuddles once she warms up to you . Location: Stocking Wood Copse, Stocking Avenue, Rathfarnham (Dublin 16). At the foot of the Dublin mountains, near lots of great hiking and biking trails. Transport: Bus stop 15b is just outside estate, 5 minute walk, 15 bus is a 10 minute walk. Buses go into the city centre every 10 minutes. 45 minute commute to Sandyford Industrial Estate, Tallaght shopping centre. Parking and Driving: There is a free allocated car space in front of my house for anyone driving. I am 20 mins drive from the airport and city centre, 15 minutes from Dundrum Shopping Centre and 5 minutes from the M50. Shopping: Tesco's is a 5 minute walk, Lidl is a 15 minute walk. Woodstown Shopping centre is a 15 minute walk with a Centra, Pharmacy, Hairdresser, Takeaway and Medical Centre. Nutgrove and Dundrum shopping centres are a 15 minute drive away. I would love to share with a cat lover who is clean, tidy, respectful and a non smoker . The house is in a quiet, family estate so would need someone who is respectful of the house and estate. No other pets allowed. No overnight guests. No working/studying from home or hybrid working option available.
