Welcoming, you to fresh and newly decorated single bedroom available in a quite family home. Our home is situated on multiple bus routes to the City Centre and is 5 minutes walk from Dublin City University. We are a warm and caring family who enjoy exchanging stories and sharing cultural experiences. We would like to host someone quiet and friendly and who is here to study in a safe and peaceful environment. We enjoy engaging with our guests and also respect our guests privacy. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities and times are flexible and can be co-ordinated with the family. Note Guest parking is available. We have laundry facilities and fresh air drying. Guests tend to outsource weekly laundry in the winter to a local laundry service provider. Payment for the duration of the stay must be made on day of arrival.
