I live in a spacious very centrally located modern house in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. I am, 20 minutes walk from the city centre (Stephens Green) & 3 minutes from 2 Luas stops (Ranelagh & Charlemont); on several bus routes for UCD & on 2 direct bus routes from the airport (783 to to Ranelagh Luas or 700 blue bus to Upr Leeson street). My house is on a quiet leafy street close to the canal & 3 minutes walk from Ranelagh village (through a park) with shops, cafes and restaurants. You have the use of a shared guest sitting room as well as your bedroom. The guest sitting room has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and one ring hob for simple cooking. I am right beside the Luas lines, the electric tram is not too loud and stops around 12 am. No longterm stays or rentals. ONE person only per room.
