working mum with teenage child, I have been hosting summer students for 8 years and have decided to try it year round. very relaxed laid back house. 3 bedrooms bathroom sitting room kitchen all mod cons. very convenient to buses , city centre and colleges. The bus takes 35 minutes at peak times and 20 minutes off peak. The house is very close to Dublin airport and it only takes 10 minutes in a taxi. This is a twin room and rented as such in peak times (may to sept)There is a deposit of 270 per person on arrival and host and guest agreement letters.
