And it is prominent; it can be seen from everywhere in the town, so it gives an idea of the high status of the people that lived here.” No. 4 was bought in 2013 by the current owners was fully renovated and restored to a very high standard since then – so well in fact, one can’t tell that the house has insulation, new wiring, plumbing, restored flooring, restored cornicing, the list is endless. The house is a great family home and one where you could independently use the ground floor either for mum and dad, au pair or indeed holiday lets. The house offers Zoned Air to water Heat pump, mains services and the house measured 2500 Sq.Ft. Features that so prominent are shutters, quality of the windows, cornicing, tasteful décor, light fittings, original fireplaces, parquet flooring, skirting, doors and the sheer light in the house. This is my first time seeing a house in Cobh with this calibre of restoration and view all packaged together.
