MyHome.ie was launched in February 2001 by estate agents Sherry FitzGerald, the Gunne Group and Douglas Newman Good. In January 2007, the company was acquired by The Irish Times and relocated to the newspaper group's headquarters in Tara Street, Dublin 2 in June 2012.
In recent years MyHome has continued to grow with a rebranding in September 2011 being followed up with the launch of a range of mobile applications for iPhone, Android and iPad. A wide range of additional and unique features have also been added to the site in recent years including the Price Change feature, On View listings and the Property Price Register, all of which have helped to enhance the user experience for all visitors.
MyHome.ie attracts over 33 million page impressions per month, with over 1.1 million visitors. These figures continue to rise year-on-year making MyHome.ie one of the fastest growing property sites around.
